Product Description
RU series crossed roller bearing are based on cylindrical roller being arranged vertically to each other in a 900 V groove rolling surface through the isolation piece, so cross roller bearing can withstand load from multi-direction, like: Radial, axial and torque. Since the cross roller ring achieves high rigidity and the precision can reach up to P2, P4, despite the mininum possible dimensions of the inner and outer rings, it is optimal for applications such as industrial robot, rotation of the machining center, precision rotary worktable, medical machine, calculator, IC manufacturing devices and other equipments.
RU85 Crossed Roller Bearing Structure Features
Stable Rotation The cylindrical rollers of RU85 bearing are arranged crosswise, with each one perpendicular to the adjacent roller. They are separated from each other by a spacer retainer(separator). This design will help to keep rollers in the proper position, which can prevent them from skewing, and secure a stable rotation torque by eliminating the friction between rollers.
Higher Load Capacity The conventional slewing bearing is ball slewing ring, it's four point contact type, the balls are in point contact with the raceway. RU85UU cross roller bearing has a 90° V groove raceway, so the cylindrical rollers are in line contact with raceway(contact length l1). This design will significantly increasing bearings load capacity.
Easy Installation and Remove Since RU85 bearing has mounting holes on both inner and outer ring, it can be directly mounted to the related parts with bolts. 1. Before installation, please clean bearing bracket, shaft, or other components, make sure there is no burrs or rough edge. 2. Fix the inner and outer rings in the axial direction directly to the mounting surface by fixing bolts. 3. If large number of radial load and/or moment is applied, it is recommended to prepare flange part as Fig.4
